After a cancer scare in 2017 and the loss of close family members to cancer in 2020, Nathan Kirby sought answers on why cancer remains prevalent despite extensive research. He concluded that early detection is vital across all diseases. In 2021, he began promoting this message, and by July 2023, he formally established Keep it Checked as a non-profit foundation. Over the past year, Nathan has launched several initiatives to support this cause:
